By accessing our website, creating an account, or enrolling in any course, you (“User”, “Student”, “you”) confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Definitions

  • “Content” means all videos, notes, question banks, solutions, recordings, designs, logos and material made available through the Services.

You confirm that all information you provide during registration is true, accurate and complete, and that you will keep it updated.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 You must create an account to access paid Courses. One account is for one individual learner only.

4.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

4.3 Sharing, selling, transferring or reselling your account or login credentials is strictly prohibited. Our systems monitor for concurrent logins, unusual device activity and IP anomalies. Accounts flagged for credential sharing may be suspended or terminated without refund.

4.4 Notify us immediately at support@mbakaro.in of any unauthorised use of your account.

5. Enrolment, Fees and Payment

5.1 Course fees are displayed on the respective Course page in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable GST as indicated at checkout.

5.2 Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways such as [Razorpay / Cashfree / PayU]. We do not store your card, UPI or net-banking credentials.

5.3 Enrolment is confirmed only after successful receipt of full payment (or the first instalment, where an approved instalment plan applies).

5.4 MBA Karo reserves the right to revise Course fees, offers, scholarships and discounts at any time. Fee revisions will not affect learners already enrolled at the earlier price.

5.5 Any bank charges, gateway charges, currency conversion fees or transaction failures at your bank’s end are not our responsibility.

6. Course Access and Validity

6.2 Live class schedules, faculty allocation, batch timings and the sequence of topics may be modified for operational reasons. We will make reasonable efforts to inform enrolled learners in advance.

6.3 Recorded sessions, where offered, are typically uploaded within [24–48 hours] of the live class. Occasional delays due to technical issues do not constitute a deficiency in service.

6.4 Downloadable material, where offered, is for your personal study only and is often watermarked with your identifying details.

6.5 We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance on the Platform. Temporary downtime does not entitle you to a refund or extension unless it is prolonged and attributable solely to us.
